An intro paragraph is an important element of any essay. It identifies the topic or question your essay will tackle and explains your viewpoint on it.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components are items that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to give a bonus or extra effect when the equipment is utilized. They can be bought from vendors or players, looted or obtained as rewards, or constructed using crafting materials. In addition to providing bonus attributes upgrades can also have cosmetic effects.
Infusions, inscriptions, as well as enhancements are types of upgrade components. They are not accessible to the general public and can only be used on equipment that has been elevated or certain weapons that aren't ascended from the Factions Campaign. You can retrieve infusions, inscriptions and enrichments from equipment by using an Infusion Extractor Device or by salvaging them using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or an Ascended Salvage tool.
Like other upgrade products, Phoenix Boxes can be traded while still connected to the item they are upgrading, and can be re-used after they are salvaged. These upgrades are the most effective option to boost quality of armor and weapon without spending Dilithium in the sense that they increase the odds of receiving an upgrade by two times.
Upgrade components can be added to an item but the old one is destroyed (except for legendaries and Ascended equipment). Only upgraded items with an identification level of 0 or greater can include upgrade components them. If you upgrade an existing weapon that already has a suffix or a prefix upgrade the item will be named as it would appear on the game screen (for instance, adding a Radiant insignia to Canthan Armor creates Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). A player can only have three upgrade item s at once.
Glyphs
Glyphs can be a valuable addition to any item, since they provide numerous unique benefits and boosts. Certain glyphs increase the number of affixes an item has, increasing the power of the item. These glyphs can be obtained through dungeons, and some can be found in certain World Tier 3 areas. It is important to remember that glyphs are not available on a character who hasn't created an dungeon with a root with the same depth.
To use a Glyph you first need to create it using components, and then connect them via anchors. The component will then automatically align to other components or paths in the same layer. If you do not want to create the glyph using components, you can use an array of paths and anchors. Then, drag the element near the highlighted component to secure it.
Certain glyphs require certain conditions to fulfill, for example having a minimum of 25 Dexterity in a particular area on the Paragon Board. Some require a specific number of Primary Stat nodes to be activated which is sometimes difficult to achieve. Certain glyphs have a radius that increases with each level.
Glyphs are used for various items, and are added to all weapons except for weapons of specific classes. Some of these glyphs require conditions, such as having a certain amount of dexterity or attack damage in a specific location on the Paragon board.
The Defend Glyph boosts the probability of preventing enemy attacks by 5percent. It also has an opportunity of 15%, making the Hero vulnerable for two turns.
Some glyphs may also be applied to restricted use tools, like the Black Lion Chest and Trading Post. Adding these glyphs will be counted towards the Combat Mechanic achievement.
The most commonly used glyphs are the attack glyphs which boost the ATK substats of Artifacts by a flat amount. These glyphs are particularly useful for classes that rely on weapons with a range, such as Warriors or Rogues. Other glyphs include the Exploit Glyph which makes enemies who hit the Hero vulnerable to being damaged.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens are tokens that are used to roll back one of the results rolled while performing an Action. When the reroll happens they are discarded. Reroll tokens can be gained in several ways, including through the dungeons, raids, and skirmishes. They can also be purchased in the shops or from other players. They are especially useful in dungeons and trials, as they allow players to reroll rewards from the end of the chest.
Recycle points are available for items that are at level 1. When recycle an item, it will add a certain number of points to the upgrade gauge. This number will increase according to the item's level and rarity. In addition, the upgraded item will not keep its level when it is rerolled and the cost of recycling an upgraded item rises with the level of the item.
The player may also use reroll tokens to roll an item. However it won't bring back the item's original stats or levels. This is useful for players who want to reroll an item or piece of equipment they don't love but want to keep in their collection.
There are three kinds of upgrade tokens that are available in the game: reroll random and upgrade. Each type comes with several subtypes. For instance, reroll tokens come in three different levels: enhanced, rare and legendary. Each requires an item from the respective level to produce the new item with the same quality.

To use rerolling tokens choose "Reroll Token" by right-clicking the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Select a type of token. The tokens available include Item Weapon, Misc, 1hgun, 2hgun and Focus. Utilizing an Item token will result in an entirely new Item of any type. Using a Weapon or Misc token will result in a new weapon from the same faction.
The item can also be upgraded to a different item that has the same stats but is at a higher level. This is likely to happen when the item is placed in the Non-droppable Pool or has been transferred to it as part of a Franchise Card.
